About Las Cuevitas

Las Cuevitas is a small, high-elevation farm in the indigenous community of Aponte, Nariño, run by third-generation grower Etelvina. Since turning to coffee in 2018, she has transformed her land into a source of clean, expressive microlots. Grown in volcanic soil and cooled by mountain breezes, her cherries are selectively handpicked, naturally fermented in small tanks, and sun-dried with close attention. The result is a vibrant, terroir-driven coffee that reflects both place and producer with clarity and care.
