Colombia Pink Bourbon, produced by fourth-generation coffee producer Edwar Giraldo, reflects over 20 years of dedication to specialty coffee. Across his farms, Edwar focuses on quality and varietal expression, combining family tradition with continuous experimentation in cultivation and processing.
This exceptional Pink Bourbon is washed processed, with ripe cherries carefully selected, fermented for 24–72 hours, and dried under controlled conditions to preserve a clean and bright cup profile, with notes of Citrus, Caramel, and Dried Mango.

Colombia La Jacoba, produced by the Ecoterra Nariño Association, brings together more than 100 coffee-producing families across the highlands of Nariño. Through a shared commitment to organic coffee production and community development, these smallholder farmers cultivate coffee at elevations ranging from 1,500 to 2,100 meters above sea level.
This exceptional coffee reflects the region’s volcanic soils and high-altitude climate, offering a bright and layered cup with notes of Citrus, Chocolate, and Brown Sugar.

Peru Organic Decaf is sourced from smallholder producers in Peru’s northern highlands, including the coffee-growing regions of Cajamarca, Amazonas, and Piura. This Organic Certified Grade 1 coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, a chemical-free method that preserves the coffee’s natural flavor and aroma.
The result is a clean and smooth decaf with notes of Toffee, Chocolate, and Red Fruits.
