Grown on the slopes of the mountain it’s named after, this lot is sourced from 626 smallholder farmers in the Bensa Woreda and processed at the meticulous Qunqa mill.
Cherries are dried whole on raised beds for up to 15 days, capturing the full depth of the region’s terroir. The result? A cup that’s sweet, layered, and wildly expressive—everything we love about a well-executed Sidama natural, brought to life with precision and care.
