About Finca Monteblanco

Finca Monteblanco is a high-elevation gem tucked into the hills of San Adolfo, Huila, where Rodrigo Sanchez and his team are redefining what it means to farm coffee with intention. Rooted in family tradition but driven by innovation, the farm is known for producing consistently exceptional lots—including standout varieties like Purple Caturra—meticulously processed based on Brix levels and terroir expression. With an eye on climate shifts and a palate tuned to cup quality, Monteblanco is a go-to for roasters chasing clarity, complexity, and a damn good story in every cup.
