This Colombian EA Decaf is a clean, sweet cup with none of the compromise. Sourced from smallholder farms across Cauca, it features Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties that are traditionally washed, dried in parabolic beds, and then decaffeinated at origin using natural ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane.
The process—gentle, selective, and clean—removes 97%+ of caffeine while preserving the coffee’s character.
